Return & Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

 Return Eligibility

• If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the issue to help us process your request faster.
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or delayed delivery due to customs.

 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• You may receive a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

his Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the customer (“Buyer”) and Custom Stencils Shop (“Seller”) for the sale of products through the website.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

2. Product Information

The type, model, quantity, and price of the product(s) are specified in the order summary provided before the finalization of the purchase.

3. Payment Terms

The Buyer agrees to pay the full price as stated on the website, using the available payment methods. Orders will only be processed after the payment is completed.

4. Delivery

The product will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer. The average shipping time is between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Delays due to customs or local logistics are not the responsibility of the Seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without stating any reason within 14 days from the delivery date.
To use this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing via email. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.

6. Return Conditions

• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller.

7. Warranty and Liability

Custom Stencils Shop ensures that products are free from defects and as described. The Seller is not responsible for misuse, damage during use, or delay caused by external shipping companies.

8. Personal Data

The Buyer agrees that the personal information provided may be used by the Seller for communication, shipping, and legal obligations. No data will be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Force Majeure

If the Seller cannot fulfill its obligations due to unforeseeable events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.), this will not be considered a breach of contract.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The consumer arbitration committees and courts of the Seller’s location shall have jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms they have read and agreed to the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
